Quick Appetizer Recipe

One of the new state requirements for directors now involves college level management courses. So, the group of us who are taking the first class this semester are making the most of it by bringing snacks each week to enjoy midway through the 3 hour class. Here's the recipe for one of the goodies we've enjoyed recently. I made it tonight to have for the weekend.

Clam Dip

8 oz. Cream Cheese
6.5 oz. can chopped clams
2 green onions, chopped

To softened cream cheese add the clams and onions.
Stir in liquid from the clams until desired consistency.

Serve with Triscuits and enjoy!
