The weather is beautiful today - not too hot, not too cold. A perfect morning to enjoy several cups of coffee outside in a comfy chair on the deck. As the morning went by, thoughts of Friar Tuck's low-cal ice cream waffles and parfaits filled my mind. So, here's my best attempt at bringing those thoughts to life. (Karla - note the Princess House bowl- *Ü*).

It's been a long time since I worked with Princess House - but I do still enjoy using mine!! And it makes the most simple things so elegant! We just did the ice cream and strawberries a couple of days ago - yum!!
